Students of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilev took the honorable third place in the Republican Championship in Robotics.

Republican Robotics Championship took place in Almaty from 21 to 24 November.

The organizers of this championship are Ministry of Education and Science of  RK, AUPET, Institute of Space Engineering and Telecommunications, Department of Electronics and Robotics. 

The championship is organized within the program "Digital Kazakhstan".Ten teams from different countries took part in this championship, students aged from 14 to 29 years old.

Students of the Eurasian national University named after L. N. Gumilev faculty of physical engineering of the Department "Space engineering and technology" Shymyr Manap Yermakhanuly, Myrzabekov Yerkin Anatolyevich, Dyusembayev Yerkebulan Kayratovich, Abdirakhman Olzhas Merekeuly, Zulkarnayeva Damira Zhasulankyzy also passed the qualifying round and received an official invitation from the organizers.The curator of students of ENU was lecturer in Space engineering and technology Abdirashev Omirzak Koptileuuly.

 

 

 

 

Within a few days the Championship included competitions of teams, practical tasks on engineering and program projects. This largest championship in Kazakhstan on scientific and technical creativity gave a unique opportunity to our students to share knowledge, skills, experience and communicate with like-minded people.

 According to the results, the  team of Eurasian National University took the honorable THIRD place in the National championship. In the process of creating robots, students should know such areas as programming, electronics, mechanics, coding. There is a special laboratory for robotics in the Eurasian National University where students can create various projects and conduct experiments.

 

 

Abdirakhman Olzhas Merekeuly the student of the Department "Space engineering and technology", when he gave an interview to BAK.KZ said that in the future he would like to contribute to the development of robotics. According to him, in the future, the demand for robotics will be greater, as robots not only simplify people's lives, but also help scientists in various fields.
