On April 16-17, 2018 at the Physics and Technology Faculty of the ENU after L.N. Gumilyov was held V Workshop-Seminar "New Materials & Modern Measurement Technologies-5 (NM & MMT -2018)".

April 11, 2018 in the framework of the Decade of Science at the International Department of Nuclear Physics, New Materials and Technologies of the Physics and Technology Faculty a scientific seminar was held. A report on the topic “Problems of the Semipalatinsk test site” was made by Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Kadyrzhanov Kairat Kamalovich.

April 10, 2018 in the framework of the traditional annual Decade of Science of ENU. L.N. Gumilyov at the Faculty of Physics and Technology held a contest for the best scientific idea among students and undergraduates.
