On the instructions of the Head of State, from January 1, 2019, the salaries of 1.3 hired workers will increase on 30% and the monthly salary of 275,000 civil servants will increase on 35% on average.
On the instruction of the Head of the State the following year the law "On the status of pedagogues" will be adopted by the end of the year and 2019 will be declared the Year of Youth.
