MESSAGE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN DISCUSSED AMONG STUDENTS OF ENU NAMED AFTER L.N.GUMILEV

        On October 16 of this year, the lecturers of the Faculty of Physics and Technology, Dean of the Faculty, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Prof. Akylbekov T. Akylbekov delivered a lecture on the Strategic Program "Improving the Welfare of Kazakhstan: Improving the Quality of Life and Prosperity". and Professor of the Department of Kazakhstan's History, Doctor of Historical Sciences of the Belarus Republic , Aigul Malikovna Zharkenova.

        During the lecture professors: Dean of the Faculty - AT Akylbekov and AM According to Zharkenova, the first and foremost priority is to increase the level of Kazakhstan's income , which means that the method of determining the minimum wage to be up to 42.5 thousand tenge and the size of the minimum wage will be changed from January 1 next year and will not depend on the size of the minimum subsistence. On the instructions of the Head of State, from January 1, 2019, the salaries of 1.3 hired workers will increase on 30% and the monthly salary of 275,000 civil servants will increase on 35% on average. 

       On the instruction of the Head of the State the following year the law "On the status of pedagogues" will be adopted by the end of the year and 2019 will be declared the Year of Youth.
