Dear students of the faculty of Physics and technology!

In the framework of the Decade of Science - 2019, a scientific seminar was held at the Department of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications

On April 3, 2019, in the framework of the Decade of Science, a scientific seminar was held at the Department of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications of the Faculty of Physics and Technology on the Principle of Using Quantum Effects in a Signaling and Information Security System. Speaker - Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of RET Kabylbekova U.M.

The speaker presented information on quantum systems, quantum communication and, as an integral part of quantum communication, information security and signal transmission in a quantum system.

Further, during the report, the professor reiterated the concept of spontaneous radiation or spontaneous emission, which is currently widely used in laser diodes. An example of a quantum computer was given as the computational efficiency of quantum systems. Also during the seminar, the professor informatively reported on the relevance of this topic and outlined the basic concepts of quantum communication.

Next, third and second year students of the RET department presented an Innovative Project: Development of practice-oriented laboratory content for the course “Network Security” for the desktop network simulator “IT-alem”. The report began with the voicing of the problem and the need for laboratory complexes as “IT-alem”. Students continued the report by characterizing innovation.

Desktop network simulator is designed to study the organization, settings and management of the Internet, for the development of network technologies, security and innovative IoT technologies. NST "IT-alex" is a personal desktop simulator for gaining knowledge and skills on all ICT levels without online connection to the network.

There is a copyright registration certificate.

A course (theoretical and laboratory) "Fundamentals of network technologies."

The training program for the course "FNT" simulator covers all levels of education (school-college-university).
