On November 27, 2018, a round table was held in 821 auditoriums on the leadership of the Faculty of Physics and Technology, in which President Nursultan Nazarbayev’s article “Seven Facets of the Great Steppe” was discussed. The round table was attended by the Head of the Political Affairs Department Nur Otan’s party in Astana, EE Akhmadiyev, Dean of the Faculty of Physics and Technology A.T. Akylbekov, Deputy Dean of Student Affairs Zh.B. Malikova and all students interested in this topic.
The speaker of the event, E.E. Akhmadiev, said: "The head of state noted in his article that it was very important for the future generation to know the national history." During the round table, students asked other questions about language and religion and received full answers on their question. The dean of the faculty mentioned the education of young people, noting the article of the president.
