Congratulations to "The best head of the Faculty of Physics and Technology - 2019"
On February 23, a competition called “The Best Headman” was held at the university by the organization MK “Zhas Otan” FTF. It is believed that the elders - these are the people who work at the university on a par with teachers. Wardens are different: some cannot instill a sense of responsibility in groupmates, others, on the contrary, carry them along. They help those who find it difficult to learn, and even those who study well, the elder seeks new achievements of their classmates. Of course, the university gives us not only education, but also provides an opportunity to express themselves in various student and community events and concerts. This will affect the future of our students, they will become competitive specialists. And the work of elders who always contribute to the participation of students in these events can not be overestimated.
In order for the results of the competition to be fair, the jury was the Deputy Dean for Work with FTF students Zhadyra Beisengalievna, the chairman of the MK Zhas Otan Slamkul Abdikakar, the head of the FTF eldership - Badenov Yerzhan.
In the first part of the competition, the elders showed videos - self-presentations, each of them spoke about himself and his group, about the characteristics of the nature of each student, told interesting stories from the life of the university. After that, each of the participants spoke about how he became the headman and outlined his version of why he should win. Both the judges and the audience watched the conversation with a smile.
In the next part of the headman showed the audience their work. Each group in support for their elders prepared joint songs and dances. In the third part of the headman answered the situational questions from the life of the university, asked by the judges. Looking at the responses of the elders, it was possible to note whether they deserve this responsible title. Of course, the best warden should always help teachers and students. A freshman, member of the MK "Zhas Otan" Askar Miras also took part in the event. After each part, the judges announced their scores to the contestants. The result of the competition was the awarding of participants in the nominations:
